For this junior position w e are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Event Congress Associate with strong communication skills. This role offers the chance to plan and execute high-impact events while shaping internal communication strategies across the organization.
About the Role
As Event Congress Associate at Shionogi, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality events and fostering effective internal communication. This position combines planning with hands-on coordination to ensure impactful experiences and seamless information flow across the organization.
- Plan and execute company events such as scientific conferences, customer meetings, and round table discussions.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and best practice sharing.
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodation, catering, and vendor management.
- Manage internal communication platforms and support internal meetings and presentations.
- Monitor event success, manage CRM records (Veeva), and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with:
- A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with AI tools and prompting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Proficiency in event management software and internal communication tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
