A Snapshot of Your Day 
You act as a trusted partner to FIN GT SG management, supporting factory network decisions. You review footprint scenarios with cross-functional teams, consult on concepts and business cases, and develop standards and tools for costing and break-even analysis. You collaborate with cluster heads and drive best practice sharing across the network.
How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Ensure transparency and objective resource allocation
• Develop standards for systematic evaluation of allocation challenges
• Build strong partnerships with cluster and factory management
• Identify benchmarks and promote best practices
• Provide structure for decision-making
• Support optimization of the factory network

What You Bring

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in finance within manufacturing operations
• Strong advisory, compliance, and audit background
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally
