Your tasks:

• Supervision of legally independent company codes in general ledger accounting
• Independent preparation of monthly financial statements and participation in the annual financial statements according to HGB
• Preparation and submission of advance VAT returns
• Reconciliation of P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Analysis and reconciliation of payroll accounts
• Participation in the further development and optimization of processes in financial accounting
• Invoicing outgoing invoices and processing payment runs

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial vocational training or apprenticeship and corresponding professional experience or professional training as a tax clerk or a comparable qualification
• Sound practical professional experience in accounting
• Knowledge of HGB accounting
• DATEV knowledge is an advantage or knowledge of other accounting software (e.g. SAP)
• Ability to work in a team, determination and an independent way of working
