We are looking for a Financial Controller (m/f/d) for our clinic in Berlin-Buch with immediate effect for the focus on cost unit accounting.

• Further development and implementation of the InEK case cost calculation including result analysis
• Participation in the expansion of the IT-supported calculation system for transparent cost and performance data
• Development and maintenance of the contribution margin calculation for strategic management and increased efficiency
• Independent preparation of detailed cost and performance analyses in close cooperation with the patient care departments
• Implementation of legal reports (e.g. hospital statistics, nursing training fund)
• Further development of the internal reporting system as well as preparation of legally required evidence

• Completed business studies or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in a hospital environment desirable
• Very good IT skills, ideally VBA-Excel and SAP
• High motivation and interest in innovative solutions
• Analytical thinking, strong numerical understanding and structured, results-oriented way of working on complex tasks
• Proof: Legally required measles immunization
