Intro
Full-time | Based in Germany (ideally Frankfurt am Main) | Start: September 2025
We are a stealth-stage startup led by a founder with two previous startups under their belt and backed by a top-tier early-stage investor.
We're building something ambitious - and we're looking for a high-potential generalist to help drive it forward from day one.
As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder on strategic and operational priorities. You’ll gain deep exposure across company building, fundraising, execution, and problem-solving - in a role designed to accelerate your trajectory.
Tasks
- Tackle high-priority projects across operations, product, and go-to-market
- Own tasks end-to-end: from research and planning to execution
- Build and implement scalable internal tools and workflows
- Work closely with the founder - supporting decision-making, anticipating needs, and helping turn ideas into action
Requirements
Must-Haves
- At least a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment (top-tier consulting, startup, scale-up, VC, finance, etc.) - high-impact internships will also be considered.
- Based in Germany or willing to relocate (preferably Frankfurt am Main)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with no-code tools (e.g. Airtable, Notion, Make.com)
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Additional language skills (especially German, French, Dutch etc.)

A first chat with the founder to get to know each other, introduce the role and team setup, and ensure mutual alignment on expectations and goals.
- Deep-Dive Interview (30 min)
We’ll explore your experience in more detail - focusing on how your background, mindset, and ambitions align with what we’re building.
- Case Interview (30 min)
You’ll work through a practical case to show how you approach problems, structure thinking, and communicate results.
- Feedback Call
