Our studios make strength training accessible, effective, and measurable – for people who want to get stronger but don’t feel at home in traditional gyms. Progress is tracked digitally, while our trainers provide individualized coaching.

We are looking for a Founder’s Associate to join the co-founders to make LIFTED the #1 strength-training brand in Europe.

Aufgaben

**This role focusses on Operations, Finance and Strategy. You will report directly to and work on a day-to-day basis with our co-founder Carl.
**

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:

• Operations & Execution: Take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive flawless execution, and use insights to structure processes, improve organization, and implement meticulous planning
• Growth & Expansion: Support scaling initiatives, strategic negotiations, and business development
• Finance: Provide hands-on support with analytics, FP&A and fundraising

Qualifikation

• Open to different experience levels: 0-4 years work experience
