Role Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & MD to lead our venture from concept to market leadership. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, building and leading the team, overseeing brand development, driving growth, and establishing a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall strategic direction, business model, and go-to-market strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
• Secure key partnerships and collaborations within the nutrition, sports, and health ecosystem.
• Oversee brand positioning, product innovation, and marketing strategy.
• Drive fundraising activities and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial management and strategic resource allocation.
• Act as the public face and ambassador of the company, raising awareness and credibility.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands or products from early stage to significant market presence.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with the ability to inspire teams, investors, and market stakeholders.
• Passionate about wellness, nutrition, sports, and the premium consumer space.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
