Reporting directly to our Chief of Staff and Founder’s Associate – and working closely with the founders – you’ll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross-functional value creation in fundraising, M&A, venture/business development, data analytics, finance, sales & ops. This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble. • Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn and grow.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's (min. 4th semester) or master’s programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.
• Fully fluent in German is a must.
• Available for 3–6 months in Berlin, starting Aug '25.
