Tasks
🎯 Your impact
- Work directly with the founders to ideate, scope, and ship high-leverage product initiatives
- Turn ambiguous user and business needs into clear specs, milestones, and execution plans
- Run user interviews and discovery to uncover pain points and validate direction
- Drive product delivery end-to-end, from concept to launch
- Improve testing and QA by tightening feedback loops and release quality

1. Getting to know (30 min)
You hear more about opus and the role, we learn more about you and how your experience and ambitions align with the role
2. Practical take-home case study (async; presentation 30 min)
A short exercise based on real work at opus:
- Review a problem or scenario relevant to the role
- Propose a practical approach and outline how you’d execute it
- Present your thinking clearly and pragmatically
We keep this tight and respectful of your time
3. Team & culture (20 min)
A conversation with the founders and team leads to go deeper on your work, real scenarios at opus, and align on ownership, growth, and expectations
