What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Features: Take complete ownership of features from conception to deployment, making architectural decisions that impact both frontend and backend systems
• Real-time Features: Implement WebSocket-based real-time capabilities for seamless user experiences
• AI Integration: Work closely with our AI services, integrating cutting-edge models into our product workflows
• Make Independent Decisions: We trust you to make technical decisions without constant oversight - from choosing libraries to architecting new features
• Rapid Iteration: Ship features quickly while maintaining code quality in a fast-paced AI landscape where capabilities evolve weekly

Frontend Expertise

• Proficiency in React.js: Strong understanding of React concepts including:
• Component lifecycle and architecture
• State management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand)
• React hooks and custom hook development
• Performance optimization techniques
• Related front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3/SASS, modern JavaScript)
• TypeScript Proficiency: Deep understanding of type systems and ability to write type-safe code
• Performance Obsessed: Experience optimizing web applications for speed - lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies
• Browser APIs: Experience with localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB for offline-first applications

Desktop Application Development

• Electron App Development: Experience building cross-platform desktop applications with Electron
• Main and renderer process architecture

Development Tools & Practices

• Version Control: Advanced proficiency with Git including:
• Branching strategies
