Aufgaben

• Build and maintain backend APIs with Ruby on Rails
• Develop responsive, high-quality UIs using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate AI services (GPT, OCR, automation) into real workflows
• Work directly with the Managing Director to shape and deliver new features
• Own the full development cycle — from concept to deployment on Vercel / Railway

Qualifikation

• 3+ years of experience with Rails + Next.js (React)
• Strong backend and database design skills
• Solid frontend fundamentals: clean code, UX, and performance
• Experience with Redis, background jobs, and API integrations
• A product mindset — you care about outcomes, not just features

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or circular economy
• Worked with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, OCR, automation)
• Familiar with Cursor, Linear, and modern CI/CD tools
