The Global Programs team at SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio is looking for a Global Marketing Program Manager for a 7-month maternity contract. You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing global marketing programs and campaigns to increase awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts, generating and pre-qualifying demand for SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio solutions. You will work closely with global and regional marketing teams, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Architect and lead the end-to-end project management of complex Global Programs from conception to optimization
Create strong partnerships with Product Marketing, Field & Partner Marketing, Design, Digital and Content teams
Coordinate execution of end-to-end multi-channel global programs including together with the relevant teams
Manage multiple stakeholders
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage internal stakeholders, empower sales teams, and drive GTM success for marketing programs
Identify and evaluate new and innovative marketing tactics and opportunities
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and programs, reporting on ROI and Pipeline, as well as Identifying and developing additional demand gen content aligned to the buyer journey
Evaluate programs through analysis and optimize campaign success
Follow and uphold the program development process within the Global Marketing team and across the organisation to ensure inclusive planning, execution, continuous improvement and tracking
YOUR PROFILE
several years experience in similar role with a focus on developing multi-channel roadmaps
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, multi-faceted global marketing programs, on time and within budget.
Strong analytical, written communication, professional and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and adapt quickly to change and respond positively and flexibly when addressing shifting or competing priorities
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures
A fast learner, with strong self-motivation
Team player with a positive, curious and can-do attitude
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment and achievement orientation
Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, delivering measurable ROI and contributing to pipeline growth
Enjoys working with speed in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices, including demand generation, content marketing
Proactive and creative mindset with new ideas and approaches
Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
This position requires English fluency.
