Location: Berlin, Germany

You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth.

• Analyse portfolio performance across various countries and sales channels, suggesting actions to increase revenue.
• Assist in expanding our portfolio to other sales channels and ensure data integrity across multiple points of sale.
• Take ownership of growth projects and coordinate actions with teams like supply chain, marketing, or product development.
• Gather research, uncover insights and create reports for management as basis for further decision making.
• Support strategic decisions by analysing sales performance, forecasting trends, and contributing to process improvements and automation.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience from internships in consulting, finance, startups, e-commerce, or other business related fields.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical skills – confident working with spreadsheets and drawing conclusions from data
• Hands-on, proactive, and curious – you don’t wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead
• Structured approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills
