About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Growth/GTM Manager on behalf of a venture-backed tech startup in our network. This is a unique opportunity for an analytical and creative mind to sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Data. You will be responsible for finding new ways to scale the user base and optimize the customer journey from first touchpoint to retention.

Tasks

The Role

As a Growth/GTM Manager, you won't just run ads—you will experiment. You will identify growth levers, run A/B tests, and analyze data to understand what truly moves the needle. You will work closely with the founders and the product team to build a scalable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across various channels (Paid, Organic, Referral).
• Data Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel.
• Content & Campaigns: Develop high-converting copy and creative strategies for social media, email marketing, and landing pages.
• Product Input: Work with the product team to improve onboarding flows and user retention based on user feedback and data.

Requirements

Requirements

• Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment).
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a basic understanding of tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), or No-Code tools.
• Language: Professional proficiency in German (B2/C1+) and English is required.
• Work Authorization: Must have valid legal authorization to work in Germany.
