- Create Content: Shoot and edit simple, engaging video ads using your smartphone or our professional studio gear.
- Build Landing Pages: Design and optimize pages that convert.
- Analyze: Review data, identify what works, and continuously improve.

- High Energy & Drive: Motivated, proactive, and ready to test new ideas.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable taking responsibility and driving initiatives forward.
- Camera Confidence: Willing to star in video ads to connect authentically with our audience.
- Native German Speaker: Essential for resonating deeply with our audience.
- On-Site Presence: Regularly collaborate and create content in our office.
