Your future tasks

• Conception, implementation, and optimization of data-driven growth marketing strategies for the DACH market via social, paid, SEO, and offline channels with the unmistakable Allex.ai message language

• Design, management, and evaluation of strong marketing campaigns that appeal to professionals, primarily from the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors

• Ensuring clear and consistent communication across all channels with your texts and campaign messages

• Responsibility for the lead funnel and its ongoing optimization from awareness to conversion, with a focus on data, performance, and ROI

• Ensuring conversion rates and efficiency through analysis and reporting

• Close collaboration with product, sales, and design teams to optimally align marketing and business goals

Your profile

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position in the DACH region, preferably in a startup environment

• Very good German and English skills (C1)

• Proven track record of success across channels in building and scaling B2B campaigns for industrial or pharmaceutical companies

• Strong affinity for data and enjoyment of data-driven creativity in analyzing, testing, and optimizing campaigns using Google Ads, SEO, social ads, and content strategy

• Confident use of Google Analytics, Hubspot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools

• Excellent storytelling skills; you already know how to communicate technical topics in an understandable and exciting way via LinkedIn

• Team player with a hands-on mentality who enjoys interacting in a dynamic environment

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

• Konzeption, Umsetzung & Optimierung datengetriebener Growth-Marketing-Strategien für den DACH-Markt über Social-, Paid-, SEO- und Offline-Kanäle mit der unverkennbaren Allex.ai Botschaftssprache

• Gestaltung, Steuerung und Auswertung von starken Marketing-Kampagnen, die Fachleute ansprechen überwiegend aus den Bereichen Fertigung und Pharmazie

• Deine Texte und Kampagnenbotschaften sorgen für eine klare stimmige Kommunikation auf allen Kanälen

• Verantwortung für den Lead-Funnel & dessen laufende Optimierung von Awareness bis Conversion , mit Fokus auf Daten, Performance und ROI

• Sicherstellung der Conversion Rates und Effizienz durch Analysen & Reportings

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Vertriebs- und Designteams zur optimalen Verzahnung von Marketing- und Business-Zielen

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position im DACH-Raum, vorzugsweise im Startup-Umfeld

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

• Kanalübergreifende Erfolgsnachweise im Aufbau und Skalieren von B2B-Kampagnen für Industrie- oder Pharmaunternehmen

• Ausgeprägte Datenaffinität & Spaß an der datengetriebenen Kreativität in dem du Kampagnen analysierst, testest und optimierst mittels Google Ads, SEO, Social Ads und Content Strategie

• Sichere Umgang mit Google Analytics, Hubspot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager und Co.

• Sehr gute Fähigkeit zum Storytelling, über LinkedIn schaffst du es bereits technische Themen verständlich und spannend zu vermitteln

• Teamplayer mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an Interaktion in einer dynamischen Umgebung
