Our client is one of the fastest-growing scale-ups, on track to reaching €2 billion in revenue. While global expansion plans are in full swing, the DACH region remains the strongest and most important revenue driver.

As a Growth & Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, and directly influence the company’s continued growth trajectory.

• You design promotion strategies for the products and markets, define pricing strategies und make data informed decisions.
• You further develop the approach to category management and use targeted strategies to achieve additional growth.
• You identify, plan and experiment new growth channels and avenues to maximise revenues.
• Together with the GM you analyze business problems, coordinate strategic projects and develop growth strategies
• You work closely with sales, operations, marketing and leadership teams.

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science
• 3+ years in consulting, pricing, revenue/category management, operations, data analytics or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions, with SQL proficiency (or ability to learn it fast)
• Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset, with a focus on actionable insights
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, impactful strategies
• Proficient in English and, preferably, in German too
