We are currently seeking a skilled leader to oversee the Accounting and Financial Reporting functions within their Finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial management, and team leadership. This role is based in Berlin and reports directly to the CFO.

Aufgabengebiet

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting certification preferred (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies is a plus
• Strong expertise in accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, HGB), financial reporting, and taxation; proficiency with DATEV and Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and delivering strategic insights to senior management
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments, with strong prioritization and deadline management skills
