To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for you - an ambitious Team Leader Accounts Receivable (m/f/d).

This position is being filled as parental leave cover and is therefore initially limited until 30.9.2027.

We are also very happy to consider applications for the position of accountant.

YOUR JOB

With your team of currently 7 team members, you are responsible for the

• Invoicing of customer invoices

• Recording and processing of incoming payments and refunds

• the execution of account reconciliations and surgical care

• Handling of disputes regarding payments made via credit card, PayPal and other online payment services

• dunning process

• Collaboration with external service providers in receivables management (debt collection) as well as internal teams such as sales, reservations and development .

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed commercial training.

• You have initial professional experience in the field of accounts receivable.

• You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.

• You have good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications.

• You demonstrate an independent, structured and committed work ethic as well as teamwork skills.

• Reliability and honesty are a matter of course for you.
