Shape the Future of Immersive Customer Experiences

L1VE GmbH is a fast-growing media and technology company redefining how audiences experience sports, music and entertainment. With cutting-edge 12K, 3D and 360° streaming technology and a global portfolio of premium rights, we bring live events to life in an authentic and immersive way across all leading VR platforms.

To further scale our digital platform, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who takes full ownership of brand building, awareness and demand generation across multiple European markets.

Your Role

In this role, you are responsible for the overall marketing and brand strategy of our digital platform. Your focus is clearly on brand building, awareness, emotional audience engagement and compelling USP communication.
Sales responsibility remains with the Sales team – you create the foundation for demand, relevance and sustainable growth.

You combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, build scalable marketing structures and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as external agencies and media partners.

Tasks

  • Defining and executing the overall marketing and brand strategy
  • Planning, steering and optimizing media, branding and awareness campaigns
  • Leading creative development, media strategy and campaign execution across markets
  • Ownership of key marketing KPIs such as brand awareness, reach and visibility
  • Building scalable marketing processes and structures for a growing digital platform
  • Close collaboration with Sales to hand over qualified demand (clear role separation)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within sports, entertainment or digital platforms
  • Proven experience building and managing international brands, particularly across European markets
  • Strong expertise in media and campaign strategy, brand building and creative leadership
  • Deep understanding of brand management, storytelling and effective USP communication
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills
  • Experience working with agencies, creative teams and media partners
  • Clear marketing focus with strong separation from traditional sales roles

Languages & Travel

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 25%)
