About the Role:

A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Head of Sales to drive business growth in battery storage (BESS) and EPC projects. This senior, client-facing role will manage a growing team and deliver revenue targets while working closely with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive external sales and build pipeline for BESS & EPC projects
• Manage and grow a high-performing sales team
• Lead client relationships and represent the company externally
• Align closely with company leadership on strategy and KPIs
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution

Qualifications:

• Native-level German, fluent English
• Experience in renewable energy sales (BESS/EPC preferred)
• Proven leadership & team scaling experience
• Comfortable with client-facing senior-level interaction
• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasional office attendance

Salary: ~Competitive (dependant on experience)
