Build the HR backbone of a scaling international tech company.
This is not a maintenance role – this is a builder role.
You will design, structure and implement our HR operations, payroll preparation processes and HR infrastructure from the ground up. Many of our people operations processes are still in early stages. You will turn them into clean, scalable and compliant systems that work across multiple countries.
If you enjoy building order out of ambiguity, creating sustainable HR structures and owning operational excellence, this role is your playground.
Tasks
Build and standardize HR core processes across multiple countries:
- Onboarding + Offboarding
- Employee lifecycle managemen
- Contract & document management
Design clear workflows, checklists, templates and standards
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR operations topics
Ensure clean, traceable and audit-ready HR documentation
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure labor law compliance and proper HR documentation across all countries
- Maintain compliant personnel files and records
- Support audits and internal controls
HR Systems & Infrastructure Building
- Build HR operations infrastructure from scratch
- Define future HR system architecture
- Evaluate, select and support implementation of new HR tools
- Develop scalable processes before and during digitalization
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations ideally in startups or scale-ups
Strong process and system mindset
Builder mentality; comfortable working from a blank page
Highly structured, detail-oriented and reliable
Experience building SOPs, templates and HR operations standards
Experience with HRIS implementations or tool evaluations is a must have
You will build the HR operations DNA of the company
You will create systems that will scale for years
High ownership and real impact
Direct influence on employee experience, compliance and operational excellence
