We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager (m/f/d) who will take our project management to a whole new level. Your tasks will include:

• Be at the heart of our Food Product Team, working cross-departmentally to drive the delivery of our high class food innovation.
• You will lead our Innovation process, ensuring our incredible products move from idea to reality in a scalable and repeatable way.
• You will be responsible for ensuring our innovation process is conducted in a structured way, and that it is documented and communicated effectively across the business.
• You will work closely with all teams across supply chains and commercial, building relations with stakeholders across the whole company, to oil the wheel of innovation delivery
• You are expected to approach challenges and opportunities with a logical and experimental mindset, developing clear rationales for decision-making and convincing on-point solutions
• You are expected to ensure stakeholders have all the information they need to make the necessary decisions at the right time in order to keep the innovation process moving.
• You will be our pace setter, ensuring our innovation is delivered on time.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have a degree in business, project or supply chain management – but that is not mandatory, relevant work experience is sufficient!
• More than 4 years of experience in food, FMCG or supply-chain project management
• You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
• You have excellent English, German is a plus, as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• You have excellent skills with G Suite (or the Microsoft pendants), especially in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• You are proficient with agile and design-thinking-based project management techniques
• Experience in a start-up environment or the e-commerce industry is a big plus!
• You are characterized by a forward-thinking, hands-on mentality and an organized and structured way of working
• You are good with people, communicative, and have a high team spirit!
