For our Power Utility Communication team in Berlin (Germany) and Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria), we are seeking a motivated individual who will support and shape our sales activities as the first point of contact for those interested in cybersecurity in the DACH region and internationally.Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity, full-time or part-time (f/m/d)
For our Power Utility Communication team in Berlin (Germany) and Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria), we are seeking a motivated individual who will support and shape our sales activities as the first point of contact for those interested in cybersecurity in the DACH region and internationally.
Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity, full-time or part-time (f/m/d)
What's it about?
- Qualification of leads and initial contact – e.g., cold/warm acquisition, via social media or other channels
- Follow up with interested parties from marketing campaigns, webinars and events
- Scheduling and coordinating follow-up meetings for the regional Cybersecurity Sales Managers
- Maintaining CRM data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Identification and acquisition of new IT decision-makers – including through social media and digital tools
- Supporting our marketing team by actively tracking campaign leads
- Use of reporting tools (Power BI, CRM) to evaluate your activities and contributions to the sales pipeline
What do you bring with you?
- Completed technical training and experience in the IT environment – ideally with knowledge of network technologies and/or cybersecurity.
- Confident use of digital tools and the willingness to learn and apply new methods such as social selling.
- Excellent communication skills in German and very good English skills; you actively approach new contacts and can confidently handle challenging reactions.
- Customer-oriented thinking, a structured and independent way of working and strong organizational skills.
- Sales gene in our blood – with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality and the desire to really make a difference.
