• Supporting the entire Guesstimate team in the areas of promotion, label & product management, sales communication, content management and A&R management. Support of the entire Guesstimate publishing team in the areas of content, synch and A&R management.
• Creation of briefings and A&R playlists.
• A&R Scouting.
• Helping to coordinate songwriting sessions in the studio.
• Help with coordination and communication with local and international songwriters.
• Content management via DISCO: data maintenance, regular music updates, implementation of product setups and creation of label reports.

• You are at least 18 years old and music is an important part of your life.
• Ideally, you are studying for a degree with a commercial or media component or are in training in the commercial sector.
• You are a digital native and social media is your second home.
• You are communicative and speak and write English and German (Preferred but not required)
• You work independently and organized, are punctual, reliable and conscientious.
• The internship is recognized as a minimum 6-month mandatory internship.
