This isn't your typical coffee-making internship. You'll be involved in meaningful recruiting activities from day one, working alongside experienced People & Culture professionals who are invested in your growth. You'll gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle while contributing to building our talented, diverse team in an international FinTech environment.

Your Tasks

As our People & Culture Intern with a focus on recruiting, you'll dive into diverse tasks that will develop your talent acquisition skills:

• Review and evaluate applications and CVs to identify top talent across technical, commercial, and support functions for our teams in Germany, Canada and Hongkong
• Coordinate the interview process by scheduling interviews, managing calendars across international time zones, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, university career portals, and specialized job boards
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
• Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) by maintaining accurate candidate records, tracking key recruitment metrics, and generating insightful reports for the team
• Dive into key topics such as culture, learning & development or diversity & inclusion

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Genuine passion for people and talent acquisition with a service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for connecting great talent with exciting opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) –you'll be interacting with international candidates and colleagues daily
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy even when things get busy
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications and eagerness to learn new HR technologies and applicant tracking systems
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the initiative to contribute ideas and take ownership of your projects
• You are available for a 6 month full-time internship in Berlin
