Intro
At the forefront of cutting-edge Quantum Computing technology, Kipu Quantum is looking for a motivated Berlon-based Master’s student (m/f/d) to join our marketing team for a 6-month internship (01.11.2025 – 30.04.2026). In this role, you will support the planning, marketing, and execution of a Quantum Computing Hackathon, organized in close collaboration with the country of Berlin. This B2G event will bring together around 25 participants who will work on real-world use cases using Kipu’s platform. Your focus will be on event organization, digital marketing, and project management, ensuring the hackathon and its associated communications run seamlessly.
Tasks
- Support in planning, organizing, and executing the Quantum Computing Hackathon in collaboration with the city of Berlin
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to attract attention and drive participation
- Create and maintain the event website and manage related web postings
- Assist in the organization of the closing event (February/March 2026)
- Develop and execute an editorial schedule for ongoing marketing activities
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies
- Prepare and maintain presentations, communication materials, and event documentation
- Support project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
Requirements
- Enrolled Master’s student (m/f/d) at a German university, preferably in Event Management, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
- Ideally full-time availability (40h/week) for the internship period (6 months)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a structured, reliable, and proactive approach
- Ability to perform under pressure and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Creative and self-driven with a strong interest in marketing, events, and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (both required)
