Junior Support Engineer for Measurement Technology (Software and Hardware) (m/f/d)

Join our support team in Berlin and help our customers with questions about using and implementing imc’s products . You’ll also work closely with our sales team and international partners.

We’ll provide comprehensive training , so you feel confident from day one. After that, you’ll take on customer inquiries independently, find solutions, and share feedback with our development teams – helping us make our products even better.

You’ll also create small, customized solutions using our software tools imc STUDIO and imc FAMOS .

Once you’ve settled in, you’ll have the option to work from home .

Your tasks:

  • Support and assist customers and partners via email, phone, remote sessions , or on-site visits
  • Create examples for our measurement data acquisition and analysis software to help our customers and sales team
  • Learn and master our wide range of data loggers, amplifiers and telemetry systems
  • Test, reproduce, and document issues for our development team
  • Handle and resolve licensing questions related to imc STUDIO and imc FAMOS

Your profile:

  • You have a fresh university degree in informatics, electrical engineering, physics, measurement technology, or a similar field - or will soon complete your studies
  • You speak excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) and feel comfortable using both in emails and calls.
  • You can explain ideas in a clear and simple way
  • It’s great if you know something about control engineering, automation technology and IT networks , but it’s not required .
  • Some experience with a programming language (e.g., Python or C# ) is helpful but not necessary.
  • You like to work globally – travel to our customers and offices in Germany and worldwide
