NexDash is building Europe’s first Neo-Carrier: electrified, AI-orchestrated, and soon autonomous.

At the heart of our vision is NexOS — a next-gen orchestration platform that powers fleet electrification, route optimization, charging, and eventually autonomous logistics.

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to build NexOS from scratch. You’ll be the first dedicated engineer, working directly with the founder to integrate third-party tools initially (PTV Logistics, telematics APIs, fintech systems) and then rebuild everything into NexDash’s proprietary platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Architect and build NexOS: fleet management, AI-driven routing, charging orchestration, and data integration
• Rapidly prototype by combining third-party tools + custom code before transitioning to full in-house build
• Leverage AI and automation to solve complex logistics problems (predictive routing, fleet optimization, digital twins)
• Build clean, scalable code that can evolve into a full tech stack as the company grows
• Work closely with the founder and commercial team to ship features fast, with impact

What we’re looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Python, Node.js, cloud infra, APIs, data pipelines)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LLMs) and deploying them in production
• Background in logistics, mobility, or complex B2B systems is a plus, but not required
• Entrepreneurial builder: you ship fast, break down problems, and can own a system end-to-end
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and easy to work with — but ambitious to build something huge
• Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required)
