To strengthen the team on our Welcome@Behring ward (specializing in pneumology) at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for a

• Professional, coordinating and personnel management of the welcome ward for foreign nursing staff in the recognition process
• Coordination and support of the recognition processes
• Interprofessional team leadership in an international, cooperative clinic setting
• Promotion of integrative cooperation with doctors, therapists and other professional groups; support with intercultural onboarding
• Active participation in quality development measures and implementation of current standards for induction, safety, language training and job satisfaction
• Collaboration with various specialist departments, HR, training centers and external recognition bodies

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), preferably studies in nursing management or further training for managers in healthcare facilities or willingness to complete these
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in an international or recognition environment
• Experience in personnel management, onboarding, coaching and employee development
• Strong intercultural skills, interprofessional communication skills and an empathetic attitude
• Organizational strength, conflict resolution skills, analytical thinking and process-oriented action
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
