• Independent and responsible work in a modern environment, taking into account expertise in speech, swallowing and language disorders
• Diagnosis and treatment of dysphagia and orofacial impairments, aphasia, dysartrophy, dysphonia and apraxia of speech in tracheotomized patients
• Possibilities of further training and application under supervision of fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of the swallowing act (FEES) according to the curriculum of the DGN, DSG and DGG
• Willingness for collegial, interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups
• Collegial cooperation with a dedicated, interdisciplinary team from various specialist areas
• Participation in quality assurance Participation in further training events

• Completed training as a speech therapist (m/f/d), ideally with professional experience in working with tracheotomized patients
• Enjoy working with elderly and seriously ill patients
• Identification with the field of activity
• Very good communication skills, empathy and reliability and high social competence, ability to work in a team
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
• Proof of the legally required vaccinations against measles
