Your tasks
You have a passion for logistics & food, can manage daily operations in an international
landscape, have a hands-on approach and want to build scalable processes? Then you will
thrive in our fast-paced, environment! We are looking for a Logistics Manager – E-Commerce
(m/f/d) to enable our european growth strategy and drive efficiencies.
Your tasks will include:
- You will master the day2day B2C operation with our external warehouse provider
- You monitor and control the costs and service performance of our B2C orders in alignment with budget targets and strategic objectives
- You have a close collaboration with our customer service to deliver an excellent customer experience
- You represent Logistics at cross-functional projects
- You own the warehouse forecast and ensure resource planning is on point
- You identify, evaluate and execute continuous improvement activities to boost customer experience while reducing operating cost
Your profile
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- You have gained first experience in the field of Logistics, Warehousing or Operations
- You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
- You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and know how to tackle problems efficient and pragmatic
- Your speak English proficient and you feel comfortable to negotiate complex topics, German is a plus
- You take responsibility proactively and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- You are data driven and enjoy crunching big sets of numbers
