We are Plunet — a leading provider of business and translation management software. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for you: a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager (gn) who loves to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and drive projects forward.

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our marketing campaigns. You'll masterfully coordinate internal and external stakeholders, structure content, and effectively use tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp. Clear communication, both internally and externally, is the key to your success.

• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns (funnel logic, customer journey).
• Create and manage compelling content (newsletters, landing pages, LinkedIn, community).
• Coordinate collaboration with external and internal stakeholders (designers, account managers, product team).
• Optimize and further develop our tool stack (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, Confluence).
• Ensure internal transparency and communication regarding our projects.
• Build dashboards and reporting structures.
• Share responsibility for our brand, tone, and overall marketing appearance.

• 3+ years of experience in (B2B) marketing.
• Experience with digital campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written communication skills (English & German).
• Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
• A "Hands-on Strategist" approach: You're ready to dive in and make things happen, both strategically and practically.
