We are dnl, an AI audit-tech startup building intelligent software for leading audit firms. Our solutions help auditors work through documents faster, more accurately, and with less manual effort.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our product marketing and sales enablement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning key parts of the marketing funnel, generating leads, and equipping our sales team with the right assets to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- You own and manage our marketing funnel across channels, from awareness to conversion using a data-driven approach
- You are responsible for our website, including structure, content, and ongoing optimisation
- You create and maintain marketing and sales assets such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
- You develop and maintain our product guide and any user-facing communication materials
- You own user communication, translating product updates, new features, and application improvements into clear, structured messaging for users and relevant stakeholders
What you bring: Must-haves
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience in marketing, with a proactive, results-oriented working style
- You have experience working with marketing and website tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Figma or comparable alternatives
- You bring a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working in a data-driven way
- You are always on top of things, have a high sense of urgency, and know how to prioritise effectively
- You bring excellent planning and organisational skills and are able to manage multiple topics in parallel
- You have full professional proficiency in English (German is a plus)
- You communicate clearly and confidently and have a strong sense for audience-specific communication
What you bring: Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with analytics and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics or similar
- Experience working in a B2B software environment
- Previous exposure to product marketing or close collaboration with sales teams
