Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the logistics sector (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, industrial clerk), or alternatively, a completed degree in logistics management.
- Knowledge of the event industry desirable
- Very good PC skills
- A high sense of responsibility with strong communication skills and entrepreneurial vision
- Good written and spoken English skills
- drivers licence class B
Your tasks:
- Material and transport planning for the Berlin location
- Scheduling and monitoring of our material deadlines for smooth material handling
- Creation and processing of delivery notes, as well as their preparation for outgoing and incoming goods.
- Communication with internal and external contacts to ensure material supply
