About DojoStack
DojoStack is an applied AI lab building agentic systems with human oversight to reach 99%+ accuracy on critical education tasks. Our mission is to enable truly personalized learning at global scale. AI is changing everything, and education is one of its biggest frontiers. With 1.5 billion learners worldwide, this is one of the most urgent and meaningful challenges of our time. We focus on the initial >150M students aged 15–18, preparing for their first big challenge in life — STEM university entrance exams.
We’ve already launched our AI tutor in IBDP, HSC, GCSE, and A-Level Math, and now we’re scaling to 20+ curricula worldwide. Your role will be to take this foundation and build the processes and systems to make that expansion possible.
Our team has founded and scaled data infrastructure companies to hundreds of millions of dollars in value. Now we’re applying that experience to education with the right team at the right time. We’re backed by some of the world’s leading investors and are extremely well funded for the journey ahead.
Based in Berlin, DojoStack is a tight-knit group of top 1% engineers, designers, and researchers we’ve worked with before. We move fast, own problems end to end, and care deeply about what we build.
If you want to build real AI with urgency, autonomy, and purpose, we’d love to meet you.
Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a Math Content Creator Intern (m/f/d) to write high-quality, curriculum-aligned study notes for high school mathematics across international exam systems including GCSE, AP, A-Levels, IBDP, and HSC. These notes will help students self-learn complex mathematical concepts and support our AI tutoring system in delivering accurate and instructive explanations at scale.
This is an authoring-focused role. You will translate challenging mathematical ideas into structured, rigorous, and accessible instructional content, acting as the critical human layer that ensures our content meets real learning and exam standards — not just model outputs.
Who we’re looking for
Someone for whom mathematics is a friend — not just something you know, but something you can teach to anyone, at any level. You have a deep command of math and a sharp instinct for explaining it at exactly the right depth, using clear representations and structure to make complex ideas feel simple.
What you’ll do
Build, refine, and curate a world-class set of math study notes — including explanations, worked examples, and visuals — designed for clarity, rigor, and independent learning. You’ll think carefully about how math is represented so it’s not only intuitive for students, but also usable by AI systems at scale.
What you’ll gain
Hands-on experience working inside cutting-edge agentic AI systems used to scale educational content globally. You’ll work day-to-day with Git, structured content systems, and AI-first workflows — living inside tools like Cursor and Claude Code as part of how real content gets built at scale.
Outcomes & KPIs (What success looks like)
- Clarity: Concepts are understandable without teacher intervention.
- Rigor: Content is mathematically correct.
- Structure: Notes follow consistent frameworks and learning progressions.
- Coverage: Syllabi are fully covered with no conceptual gaps.
- Alignment: Content matches depth and expectations for GCSE, AP, A-Level, IBDP, and HSC.
- Quality Feedback: Model errors and gaps are surfaced back to product and engineering.
Responsibilities
Content Authoring
- Write structured study notes for mathematics topics (concepts, methods, strategies).
- Design worked examples, diagrams, widgets and visual representations that reveal why things work
- Choose representations deliberately — knowing that how math is expressed shapes how it’s learned
Curriculum Alignment
- Align content to specific exam standards (GCSE, AP, A-Level, IBDP, HSC).
- Determine topic sequencing and prerequisite knowledge.
- Ensure curriculum depth matches exam expectations.
Quality & Revision
- Edit for mathematical correctness, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Enforce notation and style guidelines across content.
- Collaborate with educators and product teams for QA and iteration.
