We are looking for an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for our clinic in Berlin-Buch from 01.01.2026.

• Coordination: Scheduling and organization in the inpatient and outpatient area of the Clinic for Hematology and Cell Therapy
• Preparation: Planning and coordination of examination appointments for patients
• Documentation: Preparation and preparation of patient documents (clarifications, doctor's letters, certificates)
• Assistance: Preparation and support for interventions, e.g. punctures
• Tumor documentation: Recording and maintenance of relevant data as part of oncological documentation

• IT skills: Confident handling of Office software (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel) required
• Qualification: Completed medical training (e.g. MFA, nurse (m/f/d)) required; Previous knowledge of haematology/oncology desirable
• Experience: Professional experience in the organizational area is an advantage - for example in practice or ward organization
