To strengthen our practice team at the Helios Orthopaedic Center in Berlin-Wittenau, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will be responsible for organizing consultation appointments, coordinating patients by telephone and will be the first point of contact for our patients
• After extensive training, you will assist our medical specialists during examinations and treatments
• You will be responsible for looking after patients before, during and after consultation hours
• In addition, you will support us with administrative tasks and in recording and billing the services provided (private and statutory health insurance billing)
• You will work together with colleagues from other specialist areas on an interdisciplinary basis and contribute to the further development of our MVZ

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in outpatient medical care and knowledge in the field of orthopaedics desirable, but not a prerequisite
• Knowledge of bandaging / possibly injection certificate / possibly X-ray certificate desirable
• Experience in dealing with IT-supported processes and knowledge in the operation of practice software programs or the willingness to acquire this knowledge
• Friendly and empathetic interaction with our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
