To strengthen our practice team at Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch, we are looking for you as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) Hematology and Oncology - full-time or part-time - as soon as possible .

• You will be responsible for the reception and care of patients as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will also be responsible for taking blood samples and administering infusions
• You will contribute to the organization and optimization of internal processes
• Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility
• You will also support the recording and billing of services

• Completed vocational training as an MFA (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector
• You have good IT skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes
• You have a patient-oriented and empathetic way of working
• You also enjoy working in a team and are characterized by commitment, a sense of responsibility and diligence
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
