To strengthen our team in the Breast Center of the Polyclinic in Berlin-Buch, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MTR / MFA / medical assistant with X-ray certificate (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will receive our outpatients and inpatients and look after them during their stay in our clinic

• Appointment management at the registration desk and telephone patient coordination are also part of your area of responsibility
• After training, you will be responsible for carrying out mammograms independently
• You will also assist with punch biopsies, localizations and vacuum punch biopsies
• You will organize internal processes and ensure that the practice runs smoothly
• Administrative tasks such as electronic data management and the maintenance and management of patient files are also part of your daily work
• You will also support us in recording and invoicing the services provided

You have completed vocational training as an MTR / medical technologist for radiology (m/f/d), MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) with an X-ray certificate or equivalent training

You have IT skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes or are open to catching up on them

You work in a patient-oriented manner, have an empathetic approach and impress with your friendliness and professionalism

You have team spirit and enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other

Your way of working is characterized by commitment, a sense of responsibility and diligence
