Your tasks

• Evaluating and documenting technical issues raised by Dutch-speaking clients via phone and email

• Handling user concerns with a focus on speed, clarity, and satisfaction

• Reviewing incoming cases and ensuring accurate data tracking

• Supporting the client experience by offering reliable resolutions in every interaction

Ihr Profil

• Dutch at C2 level and English at B2 level

• Comfortable using digital tools and modern communication channels

• Affinity for both structured processes and customer-focused work

• Prior experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus

• Ability to manage time independently, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs

• Open to learning new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
