We are developing the first medical-grade digital therapy to sustainably address metabolic disorders.

Tasks
The data science team is growing and pushing our tech to the next-level, so we're looking for a new AI Engineer! If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, flat hierarchies, actually deploying to production and solve real-world problems, then you'll feel right at home.
From vision models, to chatbots and text analytics, our roadmap is packed with exciting projects and opportunities to experiment.
You will be responsible for researching, prototyping and owning AI systems running in production and interacting with real users.
While part of the Data Science team and the overall Engineering org, you will collaborate with other colleagues throughout the company to shape our AI vision.
Requirements
- 2–3 years industry experience
- Advanced knowledge in data science, information retrieval & extraction, natural language processing (NLP), especially proven track record of developing automated chat solutions
- Experience building, training, testing, evaluating (scoring) large language model (LLM) solutions such as chatbots and vision-to-text
- Advanced understanding of a programming language in order to solve data-related challenges, preferably Python (and ability to leverage its ecosystem, e.g. using libraries like NumPy, SciPy, NLTK, TensorFlow, visualisation libraries, and so on)
- Good basic knowledge in data structures & algorithms
- Ability to work in a team that focuses on knowledge sharing, learning, and mentoring
- Good communication skills in English
Bonus skills
- Experience in healthcare or nutrition
- German language skills
- Experience deploying and monitoring machine learning systems in a production context
- Experience with MLOps (e.g., DVC, Metaflow, Feast, Tecton) and GitOps (e.g., DVC) workflows
