For our client - a renowned daycare centre provider in Berlin - we are looking for a committed and experienced pedagogical leader as a manager for a modern, newly opened daycare centre with 94 places

Job description
- You will take on the key role in setting up the facility and ensure independent organisation and strategic control of all processes
- In addition, you will lead and develop a motivated team and actively use your creative freedom
- In addition, you will be responsible for all educational and organisational processes - from concept development to practical implementation
- You will also actively contribute to quality development, internal evaluation and child protection and shape the profile of the daycare centre
- In addition, you communicate professionally with parents, the provider and authorities
- You plan, coordinate and organise all operational processes in a structured and forward-looking manner
- In addition, you drive digital processes forward and use MS Office/Microsoft 365, daycare apps and digital duty planning securely
Requirements
- You are a state-approved educator (m/f/d) with management skills or have a degree in social pedagogy
- In addition, you have several years of management experience as a daycare centre manager or deputy manager (at least 3 years in facilities with 75 or more places)
- You are familiar with the legal framework for Berlin daycare centres and are confident in dealing with the Berlin education programme
- A sense of responsibility, resilience and team orientation characterise you
- You are experienced in using digital tools and are open to the further development of digital processes
