In your new role, you will support the day-to-day running of a busy office in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg. Join an enthusiastic team on the 5th-floor warehouse building with open views of the Berlin sky.
Your responsibilities
- Budget management & forecasting
- Managing all office services and facilities
- Overseeing all business purchases and processes
- Developing and implementing administrative systems to ensure the smooth running of the office
Qualification and skills
To succeed, you must be a highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced Office Manager. The required skills for the role include:
- Previous experience working as an office manager
- Previous experience in Budget management
- Strong IT skills: fully competent with all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
