What you´ll build

As Operations Specialist (f/m/d) for SAP LeanIX Product & Engineering, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the definition and execution of the unit specific Workforce and Location strategy.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics structures to support the unit management to stay on top of progress and take informed decisions.
• Responsible for day-to-day business tasks related to the Headcount approval process.
• Coordinate and execute regular reporting activities to support SAP P&E operating rhythm.
• Build and maintain strong interaction across individual teams in the unit and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and contribute to strategic and operational projects.
• Explore AI technologies to enhance quality, increase efficiency, and continuously aim for process innovation and improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience in Financial or HR Operations preferably in an expanding engineering or product management organization.
• Strong analytical skills, i.e. ability to structure complex problems and perform conceptual work like KPI definition.
• Project management skills with strong attention to detail and numbers.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other Analytics / Dashboard Applications are required.
• Proven track record in applying automation and AI tools in practice.
• Insights to SAP LeanIX organization or solution portfolio are a plus.
• Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus.
