What You'll Be Doing

• Operate mobile and/or fixed equipment safely and efficiently to support production goals.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor material quality and communicate issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Support general plant operations as needed to maintain workflow.

• Ability to safely operate heavy or mobile equipment in a production environment.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe behaviors.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in varied conditions.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple operational tasks.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
