What You'll Be Doing
- Operate mobile and/or fixed equipment safely and efficiently to support production goals.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor material quality and communicate issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Support general plant operations as needed to maintain workflow.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to safely operate heavy or mobile equipment in a production environment.
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe behaviors.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in varied conditions.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple operational tasks.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
