Our Client
focuses on the development and promotion of innovative art and cultural projects. Through exhibitions, projects and events, the organization opens up new perspectives at the interface of art, science and technology. To strengthen the team in Berlin, we are looking for a part-time HR Officer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You advise managers and employees on all labor law issues and take care of personnel administration and preparatory payroll accounting
- You will also be responsible for recruitment, from creating job advertisements to conducting interviews and signing contracts
- Your area of responsibility also includes the creation, analysis and preparation of key personnel figures and reporting data
- Finally, you will conduct regular interviews with employees, coordinate workshops and handle communication with external service providers
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed university degree in economics, psychology or social sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources management
- Furthermore, you have already gained several years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a comparable position
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills and a confident use of MS Office products are required, knowledge of Personio is an advantage
- Innovative and creative thinking, strong implementation and negotiation skills round off your profile
