At bookingkit, Europe's leading booking and reservation software for tours and activities, big changes are on the horizon. Our goal by 2030 is to create an AI-powered Success Platform enabling Attractions like museums, sights, and theme parks to grow ticket sales and simplify ticket operations.
And that's where you come in: We are looking for you as a Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to drive us forward on this exciting journey. This is a part-time (24h/week) position.

Your Day-to-Day
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, integration, and performance.

Support and Execute Partnerships Strategy:
Contribute to the development and execution of bookingkit’s partnerships strategy, working closely with product and go-to-market (GTM) teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Partnership Development:
Identify and engage potential partners that support business objectives and revenue growth. Prioritize partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and commercial potential.

Relationship Management:
Manage day-to-day partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure strong collaboration and partner satisfaction.

Commercial Support and Negotiation:
Support the negotiation of partnership agreements and assist in defining monetization opportunities in collaboration with senior team members.

Program Coordination:
Help build and maintain the partnerships program, including tracking KPIs, managing processes, and supporting the scalability of partner initiatives.

Market Research and Performance Monitoring:
Conduct market research and gather data on partner performance to support decision-making and help refine partnership strategies.
We are a Good Match if you have:
- German Language Skills: Business-level German is required, given bookingkit’s partner base in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Experience in B2B Partnerships:
2–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within a SaaS or technology-driven company.

Industry and Technical Understanding:
Familiarity with SaaS models, partner ecosystems, APIs, and integrations. Background in the experience, hospitality, or travel industries is a plus.

Commercial Awareness:
Experience supporting commercial negotiations, with an understanding of revenue-sharing models, co-marketing strategies, or licensing agreements.

Strong Relationship Management:
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Collaborative Mindset:
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment, contributing to shared goals.

Analytical Thinking:
Ability to work with KPIs and data to evaluate partnership performance and contribute to continuous improvement.

Proactive and Growth-Oriented:
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent English Communication:
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Product Collaboration Experience: Exposure to product management or development is a plus, as collaboration with product teams is part of the role.
