Wooga seeks an analytical, creative and enthusiastic marketing professional to join us as a Performance Marketing Manager. In this role, you will manage a marketing budget for our games and partner with the Lead Performance Marketing Manager to implement a strategy. This role will involve spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per month across multiple platforms - iOS, Android, Amazon, etc - in pursuit of Wooga’s marketing goals. In addition to managing campaigns, you will also support the marketing team’s internal analysis pipeline, producing regular reports for executive management and for the marketing team’s use.

About the role:

• Develop and execute Performance Marketing strategy for our games
• Manage campaigns across a variety of gaming platforms and partners and optimize the performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Support in the production of the marketing team’s internal analysis and external reports
• Experiment, test and analyze campaigns and creatives in close collaboration with data scientists and data analysts
• Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting, segmentation and creatives
• Utilize the marketing team’s analytics infrastructure to help the team optimize spends

About you:

• Relevant work experience, preferably in gaming/mobile marketing
• Experience managing various networks such as paid social, programmatic, preload and more.
• Result-oriented and strongly data-driven.
• It is a plus if you have experience in both user acquisition and retargeting; and if you understand how to use incremental analysis to measure results.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets or Similar (SQL, Python are a plus)
• You’re familiar with mobile measurement and attribution topics such as ATT, IDFA, consent mode and SKAN. Can communicate and collaborate effectively with data scientists and data engineers to find solutions in the privacy-first ad space.
• You already have experience working closely with diverse and international teams, and you understand the value that comes with it
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with the Freemium / Free-to-Play business model
• Deep interest in mobile gaming
