You will collaborate with global teams to implement corporate processes and ensure procurement compliance while tailoring solutions for specific business areas. Your day includes leading harmonization and productivity initiatives, supporting product lines, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll engage with stakeholders across locations, applying your expertise in process and change management to deliver impactful results.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Ownership of procurement processes within the Gas Services business area
• Implementation of corporate procurement processes and development of tailored clarifications for specific business requirements
• Driving of harmonization initiatives across product lines to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with global procurement regulations and minimum corporate requirements
• Leadership of continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on productivity enhancement
• Provision of advisory and operational support to product lines as required

What You Bring

• Completed Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in process development, change management, and procurement activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional and cross-site initiatives in a global environment
• Expertise in building, guiding, and motivating informal teams across multiple locations
• Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and alignment across diverse organizational and cultural contexts
  
  

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
